Children’s Art Tuition
Private Art Tuition classes are 1 hour in duration. Private Art Tuition works for individuals and for small groups. Children that have a keen interest in Art and need help with their concentration levels, benefit greatly from these sessions. We manly teach ages 6 to 11 (Primary School KS1 and KS2) but also those who need extra help with their GCSE’s (Secondary School KS3 and KS4).
Improve Drawing and Painting Skills with Art Tuition
Our most popular Private Art Tuition classes are Observational Drawing from Photographs and step by step Famous Paintings. For Drawing we use graphite pencils, coloured pencils, charcoal, oil pastels and pens. For Paintings we use Tempera paint (which is washable) although we do use Watercolour, Gouache and Acrylic for GCSE level, on special request.
Learn Techniques in Collage, Sculpture and Crafts with your Art Tutor and receive a Personalised Lesson Plan
We teach extensive techiniques in Collage and Crafts such as Mosaics and Glass Painting. For our Sculpture Projects we have two key methods: a dry paper mache technique for curvaceous forms and unique PaperCraft projects which teach the fundamentals of Three Dimentional Desgin. We also have Seasonal Sculptural projects such as Willow Sculpture and Kinetic Sculpture. For bulk lessons across the term, we tailor make a lesson plan specifically for your child.
